APPROACHES
Applications for construction, upgrade, or use of approaches providing access for the resource section (oil and gas) must be submitted to Flagstaff County for approval.
The application is to be submitted in the form of a letter along with a site survey and must be accompanied by a $250 inspection/administration fee.

RESOURCE INDUSTRY ACCESS
Where access is required off of a partially or undeveloped road allowance, the applicant is required to enter into the appropriate Road Use/Construction Agreement. Select Procedure PW 006-1 Resource Industry Access below or contact the Public Works Office at 780-384-4123 for more information.

PIPELINE CROSSINGS
Applications to cross a County road allowance must be submitted to Flagstaff County for approval.
The application is to be submitted in the form of a letter along with a site survey and must be accompanied by a $250 inspection/administration fee. All local Gas Co-op facilities are exempt from the $250 fee.
