Notice is hereby given that the Development Officer has issued a development permit in accordance with the Land Use Bylaw No. 09/18 for the following development:

Any person who deems to be affected by the Development may appeal the decision to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board no later than 4:30 p.m. on December 14, 2021.

The Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26, as amended, provides that any person claiming to be affected by a decision of the Development Officer may appeal to the Land & Property Rights Tribunal, whose address is 1229 – 91 Street SW, Edmonton, Alberta, T6X 1E9 (phone 780-427-2444), by serving written notice of appeal within 21 days after the notice of the decision is given.

Should an appeal be received against this decision, the permit shall not come into effect until the Land & Property Rights Tribunal has issued its decision.
